The Dewey’s 24 Hour Readathon | April 2016

Dewey’s 24 Hour Readaton will take place on Saturday 23rd April!

This Readathon is held every April and October, a time where readers from across the world dedicate 24 hours to reading as much as they can, completing challenges, and communicating with other members of the reading community. You can take part in a variety of ways either by donating a challenge prize, hosting a challenge, updating your reading progress, or cheerleading another reader. It’s a fun challenge that I took part in last october where I managed to complete The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky and some mangas before my eyes gave up on me. I will hopefully be posting my progress at intervals throughout the day, either on here or on twitter @DHowess, and Instagram @dhowess.

What you need to know:

  • The starting time for your location can be found here.
  • The Dewey’s 24 hour Readathon Blog/Website where the challenges are announced hourly, you can sign up to be a cheerleader/participate/prize donator/or challenge host.
  • Their Facebook Page where you can confirm your participation in the event.
  • Or subscribe to their Goodreads Group where you will receive updates leading up to the day.

Are you taking part? If so, what role are you playing?
